ABOUT ME
My name is Natalie Mosley. I go by Sunshine Hurricane in the pole community. I started my pole journey in August 2020 at Girl Fit workout studios. I became an instructor in January 2024 after completing my certification in Pole One in September of 2023. I am group fitness certified as well. After battling lupus and other health challenges. I was told all the things I couldn’t do. When I started poling, I was scared and could barely do anything, almost quite.
Thanks to a wonderful Instructer at girlfit, that wouldn’t let me give up, I’m still poling today. I decided to become an instructor, to help people like I was when I started. I want everybody to know that if you put the work in, it’s possible, Even if you’re plus size or have some challenges to work around like me. I have a passion for helping new students excel and helping them believe in themselves as much as I believe in them. My goal is to see more plus size students in i pole community to show you can do anything you put your mind too.
POLE SERVICES
Private Lessons
In your location (must have pole hard mounted or a portable stage pole for safety)
Private classes will consist of warm up, conditioning, pole instruction and cool down.
$50/hr for 1 person/ 4 or more individual lessons paid at once is $150
$35 per person for up to 3 people( must have at least 2)
Groups of more then 3 will be a group price. Group price for lessons depends on size of the group. Starting at $200
Private Parties
A party can consist of lessons for guests of party, or both lessons and a performance. Private parties can also include a performance by Sunshine Hurricane for an additional fee.
$350/plus tips if I perform
$300 for two hours of teaching during party without a performance by me
$500 for me to perform and teach for two hours

All classes must be paid in advance: I accept cash, PayPal, zelle, CashApp and credit cards. Credit cards are a 2% fee
Must cancel your on location parties and private lessons a week ahead of scheduled class/party date or loose half the payment for parties and all money for individual sessions. I teach out of :
Girlfit Workout studios
and
Ajax studios.
Teaching out of GirlFit Workout Studios: Cost will be their prices. Contact GirlFit Workout Studios for pricing at there location at admin@girlfitworkoutstudio.com
If you want me to tech at your GirlFit party let them know that you are requesting.Sunshine to be the Instructor. For party’s at there location all payments and contracts will be handled through the studio.
Ajax Studios is another location where you can find me teaching. My class there is called Limitless Foundations, and you can book it directly through their website.
Limitless Foundations is a supportive, slower-paced class designed for every body, including those who may need modifications, extra guidance, or a more understanding approach to learning pole.

Attire: Please make sure you wear a sleeveless top or sports bra, for bottoms you will need really short shorts or booty shorts Thongs are only aloud at your location.You need skin for sticking to the pole. Also bring yoga mats and knee pads and don’t forget your water bottle to stay hydrated
